For years, I thought the answer was to push harder, be more disciplined, and find the right strategy to fix the discomfort. But what I really needed wasn’t more control—it was more trust. More connection. More ease. Now, as an integrative therapist, I help ambitious women with anxious minds and hearts, untangle from perfectionism, self-doubt, and the constant pressure to keep up. Through a blend of deep therapeutic work and embodied practices, I’ll help you build a relationship with yourself that feels softer, more intuitive, and truly sustainable.
