Hi there, I’m Alexis! (she/her)

Welcome to my little corner of the internet.

I’m a therapist, late-diagnosed ADHDer, dyslexic, fellow overthinker and procrastinator, nature lover, fiction reader, pet parent, ally, and someone who knows what it’s like to navigate a world that can feel isolating and overwhelming.

As a deeply relational, holistic therapist (and fellow human), I’m passionate about supporting other ambitious, neurodivergent women, femmes, and gender-expansive folks who are ready to untangle themselves from anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, and the relentless pressure to keep up.

Through a blend of mindful awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), embodied nervous system work, self-discovery, and values-based exploration, we’ll move beyond surface-level coping and into the deeper work of healing—where your body can finally relax, your intuition can lead, and self-compassion can gently calm the voice of the inner critic.
