Therapy for Deep Feeling Women & Femmes in Fort Collins, CO
Helping you navigate anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, relationships, burnout, and more.
Holistic, integrative support that focuses on healing and nurturing the whole person, not just the symptoms.
This is a space where you don’t have to filter, perform, or carry the weight of having it all together. You don’t have to make yourself smaller or pretend to be someone you’re not. Your full, complex self—your feelings, your truth, your contradictions—is welcome here.
If you’re feeling burned out from trying to do it all perfectly, navigating the world with a smile while quietly unraveling, or just tired of feeling like the “other” in spaces that don’t fully see you—you’re not alone. Whether you’re here to untangle anxiety and perfectionism, reclaim your joy and energy, or feel more at home in your body, work, and relationships—this is a place where you belong.
WHAT I CAN OFFER
For minds that move fast and hearts that feel deep.
Maybe you’re ambitious, driven, or deeply sensitive — a high performer in your work, your relationships, or your inner life — and yet, beneath the surface, you’re exhausted. You don’t want quick fixes or surface-level solutions. You want a therapist who sees you fully: your brilliance, your contradictions, your complexities, your neurodivergence, your queer identity, your depth.
You might notice your attention drifting in the middle of a conversation, your body tense even when nothing is “wrong,” or your emotions swinging in ways that feel unpredictable or overwhelming. Maybe you’ve learned to mask, overcompensate, or perform so others don’t see how hard it can be just to exist in the world.
Here, you can move at your own pace, explore what really matters, and engage in honest, compassionate work
ABOUT
Hi there, I’m Alexis! (she/her)
Welcome to my little corner of the internet.
Most evenings, you’ll find me curled up with my fur babies, a cup of tea in hand, lost in a good novel or watching something comforting. On weekends, I’m usually out thrifting, wandering through antique shops, gaming, or spending time with my favorite people in nature. I share this because therapy, to me, isn’t just about healing — it’s about being human together.
Somewhere between science and soul, story and stillness, our work begins. This space isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about remembering what’s be forgotten— the parts of you that have gone quiet, the rhythms you’ve lost touch with, the deeper knowing that still lives beneath the noise. Our work may move slowly at times, circling around things that feel hard to shift, but over time, you can begin to see yourself again — softer, more present, more alive.
If you’re someone who feels deeply, thinks deeply, and longs to live with more connection to yourself and the world around you, you’re in the right place.
