Online & In-Person Therapy
Colorado Based Therapist & Counselor
Helping you develop the skills to manage distress and find peace.
Welcome!
I’m Alexis, MA, LPCC
As a recovering perfectionist and late diagnosed, high-masking ADHDer, I know how exhausting, isolating, and difficult life and relationships can feel. Whether you are looking to learn new skills, build your confidence, or just have a safe space to talk, I offer a compassionate space where you can show up as your unfiltered, messy self each week. Together we’ll work collaboratively to help you find clarity, manage your symptoms, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns keeping you stuck.
What it’s like to work with me.
Healing isn't always about finding the right words; sometimes, it's about tapping into our unique minds, listening to the wisdom of your body, and harnessing the power of connection and imagination. I approach my work with warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping you find confidence and peace within yourself.
In session, I integrate evidence-based, depth-focused, experiential practices that emphasize curiosity, compassion, creativity, and deep healing. My work is trauma informed and based in values of inclusion and equity.
Therapeutic modalities I frequently integrate into my work include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy.
